Seton Villa is a 35-year old high-rise, seniors independent and assisted living building located in the Capital Hill area of Burnaby. Nielsen Design conducted a development study that addressed the feasibility of converting two former bed sitting rooms to one bedroom apartments and assessed the cost for finish upgrades. The Penthouse, which houses recreational activity areas, was renovated to included new finishes and furnishing.
