Kiwanis Manor is a 76-unit rental apartment building on a large park-like site with mature trees, beautiful gardens, and intimate pathways. The Kiwanis Seniors Housing Society operates and manages 45 independent livings suites and BC Housing and the Vancouver Coastal Health Authority (VCHA) provides funding for 31 units of assisted living under the ILBC Program. The community building, the jewel of the site, provides dining and recreational facilities for residents of the building and for all other residents of Kiwanis Park.
